Broccoli Slaw with Raisins and Sunflower Seeds
- 1 bag of Broccoli Slaw
- 2 tablespoons of Mayo
- 2 teaspoons of Cilantro, chopped (I used frozen)
- 2 teaspoons of raisins (black or golden)
- 1 teaspoon of sunflower seeds
- Olive Oil (optional)
Prepare the dressing in a small bowl by combining mayo, cilantro, salt and pepper . If too thick add a bit of olive oil to thin the mixture. Toss with Broccoli, Raisins and Seeds. Voila!
